Cook the bacon with your favorite method and set aside.
While bacon is cooking, make the dressing by adding all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until creamy. Add more hot water if necessary. Set aside.
Add both cabbages, carrots, edamame, cucumbers, green onions, and chow mien noodles into a large bowl.
Chop the turkey and cooked bacon and add to bowl.
Add dressing and toss thoroughly.
Sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top and serve, adding cracked pepper as desired.
