Organic Uncured Applewood Smoked Ham Product Packaging


  • 2 16oz bags organic Brussel sprouts
  • 2 small sweet potatoes (or 1 large), peeled and cubed
  • 5-6 slices True Story Ham, cubed
  • 1 pomegranate, seeds removed
  • ¼ cup goat cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Set oven to 400.
  2. Peel top layers of Brussel sprouts and cut in half. Peel the cut sweet potato into cubes and put both veggies on to a roasting pan.
  3. Roast in the oven until cooked but still firm. (about 10-12 minutes).
  4. Add olive oil to a skillet. Add sprouts and potatoes and fry until crispy.
  5. Add ingredients to a serving dish and sprinkle with cubed ham and pomegranate seeds.
  6. Allow veggies to cool slightly before adding crumbled goat cheese.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and enjoy!
