Organic Uncured Applewood Smoked Ham Product Packaging Purchase from True Story


  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 quart chicken broth
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 5 slices True Story Uncured Applewood Smoked Ham
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped


  1. In a pot over medium/high heat, bring broth to a boil. Add carrots and cook until softened. With a slotted spoon, remove carrots and set aside.
  2. Add cauliflower to hot broth and boil on medium/low until softened.
  3. Reserving ½ cup broth, take out cauliflower and add it to a food processor. Add salt and pepper. Pulse until creamy. Pour in remaining broth a little at a time to get your desired thickness.
  4. Pour back into the pot and stir in carrots and ham, simmer on low for 8 minutes.
  5. Add to bowls and top with fresh parsley and a few pieces of ham.
