Organic Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage Product Packaging Purchase from True Story


  • 9 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups celery chopped (about 4-5 ribs)
  • 2 cups yellow onion, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 10 cups dried bread cubes 1 lb package dried
  • 2 tsp dried poultry seasoning
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 package True Story Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage, sliced


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Melt 8 tablespoons of the butter over medium heat in a large, high sided skillet or baking dish.
  3. Add the chopped onion and celery and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft, about 6-7 minutes. Season with the salt and black pepper and remove from the heat.
  4. Add the dried bread cubes to a large mixing bowl with the sautéed onion, celery and sausage slices. Sprinkle with the dried poultry seasoning and drizzle with the chicken broth.
  5. Gently toss until the ingredients until mixed.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
