Beef Stroganoff

Mid-week dinners can be tough, but we've made this Beef Stroganoff recipe easy and delicious. Made with our True Story deli roast beef, dinner is ready in no time!


Makes 4 servings

  • 1 package of dried egg noodles
  • 1 ½ True Story Roast Beef
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup sliced cremini mushrooms
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • Parsley for garnish


  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onions until soft.
  3. Add beef, salt, pepper, and mushrooms. Cook 1 minute and then add condensed soup and beef broth. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream to combine.
  4. Pour over noodles, add parsley for garnish, and serve.
