French Toast
4 slices brioche bread
2 whole eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 tbsp granulated monk fruit
1 cup organic milk
Toppings
Maple syrup
1 cup fresh sliced strawberries
1 tbsp sugar-free white chocolate
4 slices True Story Foods Bacon
Directions
Cook your bacon to desired crispiness, according to package directions or in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 300F.
Mix the eggs with creamer, granulated monk fruit, milk and vanilla extract.
Soak the bread and cook over medium heat in a skillet for 3 minutes per side.
