  • 1 croissant
  • 1 fried egg
  • 2 strips of Kurobuta Bacon
  • Half of an avocado, sliced
  • 1 sliced cheddar


  1. Start with cooking 2 strips of bacon either on a cast-iron skillet or frying pan on medium to medium-low heat.
  2. While the bacon is cooking, prepare the avocado. Take half an avocado and slice it lengthwise. Set aside.
  3. Once the bacon is cooked thoroughly, set aside on a plate or sheet pan lined with a paper towel to soak up any excess grease.
  4. Slice the croissant lengthwise. Melt 1 slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom half in a toaster oven. Optional: place the top half of the croissant into the toaster oven for a few minutes for an extra toasty crunch.
  5. Fry the egg: coat a non-stick frying pan in either your favorite cooking spray or oil and fry one egg till the whites are opaque and the yolk is cooked to your preference.
  6. Assemble the sandwich: avocado slices first, followed by the bacon, then egg on top. Cover with the top half of the croissant and enjoy.
