Organic Uncured Hickory Smoked Bacon Product Packaging



  • 6 slices of True Story Bacon
  • 1 Jalapeno (diced)
  • 1 cup of red onion (diced)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 4 avocados
  • 1 lb. of mini bell peppers (halved)
  • salt and pepper to taste



  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cook bacon until crispy, flipping after about eight minutes. .
  3. Remove bacon from the oven. Allow to cool and then crumble.
  4. While bacon is cooking, dice the jalapeno and onion. Open and scoop out the avocados and add to a bowl. Mash roughly with a fork, chunks are okay.
  5. Add lime juice, onion, jalapeno, stirring into avocado mash. Add salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
  6. Slice mini peppers in half and remove the seeds. Spoon guacamole into each halved pepper. Top with crumbled bacon.
  7. Because avocado can brown quickly, these are best served and eaten immediately.
