  • One bag of pre-washed Brussels sprouts (or approx. 1pd. of fresh Brussels sprouts)
  • 6 pieces of True Story bacon
  • Stone Ground mustard


  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and line a baking try with foil.
  2. Cut the bacon into smaller strips with kitchen scissors. You want the pieces of bacon to be long enough to just barely cover the whole Brussels sprout.
  3. Attach the bacon to the Brussels sprouts with a toothpick or a skewer cut into a smaller piece.
  4. Bake them for about 30-45 mins or until nice a crispy.
  5. Serve them room temperature with stone ground mustard or your favorite sauce.
