  • 4 oz True Story Uncured Sopressata
  • 4 oz True Story Uncured Genoa Salame
  • 4 oz Prosciutto
  • A variety of cheeses (both firm and soft)
  • 2-3 figs, washed and dried
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 2-3 varieties of olives (will need a small dish to contain them)
  • 1 cup dried cherries


  1. Arrange heavy objects first: firm cheeses, empty olive dish, etc.
  2. Begin folding Genoa Salame slices in half, arranging folded slices artfully with folded side facing up.
  3. Fill in spaces on either side of Genoa slices with almonds and figs, keeping each ingredient separate.
  4. Fill in space next to firm cheeses with soft cheeses, leaving space for a serving utensil.
  5. Fold Sopressata slices in half, filling space between soft cheeses and almonds placing slices folded side up.
  6. Fold prosciutto into thirds, arranging slices elegantly in a loose stack in remaining space.
  7. Fill olive dish, keeping varieties separate for a pretty look.
  8. Lightly sprinkle cheeses with a handful dried cherries.
