Genoa Salame Product Packaging



  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup white distilled vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cracked pepper


  • 12 oz Tricolor spiral pasta
  • 1 zucchini, sliced and quartered
  • ¼ cup green olives, pitted and sliced
  • 10 slices True Story Dry Salame, julienned
  • ½ red pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ orange pepper, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup pepperoncini peppers
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes, diced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped


  1. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and add to a bowl.
  2. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over the pasta.
  3. Prepare vegetables and salame, then add them to pasta and toss.
  4. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
