2 True Story Organic Sweet Italian Chicken Sausages
Directions
Place eggs, flour, baking powder & milk in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
Heat and lightly grease a small cast iron skillet with avocado oil
Pour half the mixture slowly into your heated skillet, cook on each side for 3-4 minutes
Repeat for the second half of the mixture.
Meanwhile, in a separate frying pan (or BBQ) add in your true story foods chicken hot dogs and cook through (roughly 8 minutes).
Now time for the fun part – the toppings. The options are endless here, but I like to start with a layer of sauce/something creamy like a pesto. layer on some arugula, next goes the hot dog, and then the watermelon radish, sauerkraut, almond cream cheese crumbles and a generous amount of spicy brown mustard.
