Our products are gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and wheat-free. That said, they’re made in a facility that does use those ingredients in other products and they do share the same production line. While all equipment is thoroughly washed before making our product and our meats have always tested negative for traces of these ingredients, people with severe sensitivities should be aware of the process.
How long can I eat them after opening?

Our meats can be enjoyed all the way up to the “use by” date as long as the package is unopened and always properly refrigerated. Once opened, please consume within 3-5 days, regardless of the expiration date.

Can you freeze your products?

Our products should be kept in refrigerated conditions at all times. As for freezing the answer is yes –– freeze-away. If you do choose to freeze the product, we recommend that you do so in an unopened package as early as possible before the expiration date.

I love nothing more than making a big ol’ “Dagwood” club sandwich with a bunch of our meats: Black Forest Ham, Smoked Turkey, Dry Salame, and Bacon. Here’s how to do it: Get a loaf of Semifreddi’s bread and scoop out the center. Layer meats with avocado, heirloom tomatoes, pepper jack and cheddar cheese, and add a little mayo. So good that I might share with my kids. And so good I might not.
