We don’t cut corners when it comes to any of our products, and that includes our new dry-aged Prosciutto. Made with just pork and sea salt, True Story’s prosciutto is dry-aged in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania for at least 10 months. Thinly sliced and ready to eat right out of the package, our dry-aged prosciutto will elevate any dish. Add it to your next charcuterie board, drape slices of it on top of a wood-fired pizza or add it to a simple summer salad.
