This Buffalo Chicken Dip Nachos recipe (which also happens to be Whole30-compatible) is easy, flavorful, and perfect for game day. Recipe by María Fernanda López of @purely_healthy_living.
Chicken dip
2 packages True Story Foods Organic Thick Carved Oven Roasted Chicken Breast
1/3 cup Whole30-compatible mayonnaise
1/3 cup Franks hot sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp ranch seasoning herbs
Potatoes
3 large potatoes
1-2 tsp of sea salt
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1/4 tsp of garlic powder
Avocado oil spray
Garnish
Whole30-compatible mayonnaise
Dried green onions
Red pepper flakes
Directions
Slice potatoes thin.Place them in the air fryer, spray with avocado oil and sprinkle on seasonings. Air fry potatoes in batches to ensure all potatoes are cooked and crispy, 12-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the chicken into small pieces. Mix with all remaining chicken dip ingredients.
Place the cooked potatoes on a plate and top with chicken dip and garnish. Enjoy!
