This fun and delicious slider recipe is inspired by all the flavors of a classic Reuben sandwich, using True Story Foods grass-fed hot dogs and a homemade Russian dressing.
3 packages True Story Organic Grass-Fed Uncured Beef Hot Dogs, grilled and sliced
12 Hawaiian dinner rolls
4-5 slices Swiss cheese
2 cups sauerkraut
Garnish: fresh parsley
Russian Dressing ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp sweet relish
3 tbsp shallot
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
*Recipe makes extra dressing for dipping!
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a small bowl, mix all Russian dressing ingredients. Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for ingredients to come together.
Slice dinner rolls horizontally in half and add layer of Russian dressing to bottom
Add sliced True Story True Organic Grass-Fed Uncured Beef Hot Dog slices and Swiss cheese
Place in oven for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted
Top each slider with sauerkraut and fresh parsley
Add Russian dressing to top layer of dinner rolls and place on top. Enjoy!
