We hand carve select cuts of sustainably raised pork, then slow smoke it for hours over hickory wood for irresistible goodness.

She’d been craving a BLT through three meetings, two conference calls and a mad dash to the dry cleaners. Now, finally, here it was. Almost. She laid everything on the counter. Still sizzling strips of hickory smoked bacon? Check. Thick discs of ripe tomato? Yup. Crisp lettuce leaf? You betcha. She spread (confession: slathered) mayo on both sides of toasted whole wheat, piled on the goodness, and then topped with a dash of salt and pepper. Voila. Hello, beautiful!
