Non-GMO Uncured Beef Pastrami Product Packaging


  • 3 small golden potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of True Story Pastrami, roughly cut into cubes
  • Cracked pepper
  • Salt, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Toss potatoes in ½ tbsp olive oil and spread evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until soft and starting to brown.
  3. In a medium skillet heat ½ tbsp oil and add two eggs. Allow to fry in oil until egg white is cooked throughout.
  4. Add potato to a plate then add pastrami over the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add fried eggs to the dish and season with additional pepper.
