  • 2 cups of cooked Polenta
  • 3 Bell Peppers, green, yellow, and red
  • 1 pkg of Chile Relleno Kurobuta Pork Sausage
  • Cotija cheese to taste


  1. Cook the polenta according to package directions
  2. Slice and brown True Story Foods Kurobuta Sausage and set aside.
  3. Slice red, green, and yellow bell peppers, then sauté in a neutral cooking oil like grapeseed oil or sunflower seed oil.
  4. Assemble the ingredients: spoon the polenta into a bowl, then top with marinara sauce, sausages, and peppers. Finish the dish by crumbling fresh cotija cheese on top. Serve & enjoy.
