We've paired our delicious heirloom breed Kurobuta pork with poblano peppers and cotija cheese for a delicious Chili Relleno experience. These unique sausages are delicious on their own, though our favorite way to cook them is on the grill. Serve in a bun with some grilled peppers on top!
