2 cups fresh arugula
Directions
Combine cranberries, orange juice and coconut sugar in a medium sauce pan and heat on medium.
When orange juice begins to boil and cranberries begin to pop, reduce heat to low and simmer until cranberry sauce is thick and all cranberries have popped.
Remove cranberry sauce from the stove and place in the refrigerator to cool for at least 1-2 hours.
Slice baguette on a diagonal to form individual bites and place onto a serving platter.
Gently scoop about 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce onto each individual piece of bread, followed by a few pieces of arugula and a half slice of True Story Foods ham.
Add a toothpick to each bite to ensure it stays together and serve.
